Jeffrey Hua has over a decade of experience in real estate ownership and operations. He has overseen acquisitions and long-term portfolio performance for more than 100 residential units representing over $10M in assets.

Jeffrey holds a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice from the University of Southern California. His professional training emphasizes risk assessment and analytical decision-making, principles he applies to the evaluation and management of real estate investments.

Investment & Strategy

Jae-Min Park delivers a strategic approach to investment evaluation, serving as a Rochester-based resource, actively supporting regional expansion initiatives.

As co-founder and partner of Hua-Park Real Estate, he provides hands-on experience with acquisitions and local market insight to help assess prospective opportunities.

Jae-Min earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Loma Linda University and is an Orthopedic Surgery Resident at the University of Rochester.

Operations

James Hua applies over 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on delivering efficient, well-executed building and renovation projects. His work spans numerous design and construction initiatives throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, where he has managed projects from concept through completion.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and emphasizes practical design solutions that enhance long-term asset value.

Marketing

Pablo Cortés pairs marketing strategy with digital media expertise spanning over a decade. As founder of Cortés Digital Creatives, a full-service content production agency, he specializes in corporate messaging, campaign distribution, and platform strategy that increases engagement, strengthens credibility, and drives qualified lead generation.

He earned a BS in Nursing from Southwestern Adventist University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Investor Relations

Peter Lee leads limited partner relationships and supports capital formation initiatives, with experience across venture platforms including 500 Global, AngelList Venture, and Impatient Venture.

He has worked closely with investors and emerging managers, developing in-depth knowledge of capital formation, investor networks, and early-stage investment ecosystems.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business.
